Pick a finish. See roughly how it will look.
Three layers: a 100%-solids epoxy base bonded to prepped concrete, a broadcast flake or metallic layer for texture and colour, then a polyaspartic topcoat — UV-stable, chemical-resistant, same-day walkable.
This is a close-up swatch, not a room: real flake size and colour vary slightly by batch and by screen. Solid colours and flake blends are Chemtec and Torginol reference images (blends with an FB- code are from Torginol’s current range — I confirm stock with Chemtec when you choose one); metallic pours are concept renders, not photographed samples. Dozens more tones exist — I bring the physical chart to your on-site quote.

Can you install in a Calgary winter? +
Epoxy and polyaspartic coatings need a minimum surface and air temperature to cure properly, so unheated garages in deep winter can push a job into spring. I check the forecast and your garage's heating before booking a date, and I'll tell you honestly if it's not the right week.
Can I coat in this weather?
Coatings need warmth to cure properly. Slide the temperature and you get a straight answer: yes, no and why, or yes with a polyaspartic system only.

Do basements need a permit or moisture test? +
Calgary's clay-heavy soil and high water table mean basement slabs often carry more moisture than they look like they do. I test before quoting, and larger below-grade jobs may need a City of Calgary permit — I'll flag that during the assessment, not after you've paid a deposit.
How long until I can park in the garage? +
Polyaspartic systems are typically walkable within hours and ready for light vehicle traffic in 24–72 hours. Full chemical cure — for hot tires and heavy use — takes about a week.
What's the warranty? +
I don't have a written warranty document to hand you. What you do get: a final walkthrough together when the job's done, and written care instructions so the floor stays looking good. If something doesn't look right afterwards, call or text me.
