Magpie Epoxy Co. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through magpiepoxy.ca and how we use it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
When you submit the quote request form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email (if given), project details, and any message you write. We also use standard advertising and analytics tools — the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and the Google tag — to measure which ads and pages lead to quote requests and to show our ads to people who visited the site. These tools may set cookies and receive technical data such as your device, pages viewed and whether you tapped call, text or WhatsApp. They do not receive the contents of your quote form. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the Meta Pixel does not load and our event tracking stays off. You can also opt out through your Facebook ad settings and Google Ads settings.
We use your information solely to respond to your quote request — to contact you by phone, text, email, or WhatsApp about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and delivered to our email. We recommend reviewing Web3Forms' own privacy policy for details on their handling of submitted data in transit.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing hello@magpiepoxy.ca or texting (825) 288-2727.
